Guidelines & Policies
Cancellation policy
All appointments require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations. A fee of 50% of the total appointment cost will be charged for missed appointments, no-shows, or cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice.
Arrival time​​
If you need to adjust your appointment time, please communicate this with your therapist. They will arrive at the scheduled time, and please note that there will be a 10-15 minute setup of equipment before your session begins, as well as a 10-15 minute cleanup afterward. Be mindful of this additional time when scheduling your mobile massage appointment. For instance, a 60-minute session may require your therapist to be at your home for an extra 20-30 minutes for setup and breakdown.
​​Age Restrictions & Identification
All clients must be 18 years or older to receive treatments. Clients will be required to present government-issued identification in accordance with Florida law before treatment commences.​​
​Inappropriate Conduct​​
​The client-therapist relationship will remain professional, ensuring that both parties feel safe and comfortable at all times. Inappropriate conversations, sexual conduct, inappropriate touching, or any behavior perceived as sexually suggestive or abusive will not be tolerated. Either the therapist or client may terminate the session at any time.​
